C-90 Series
The glass flakes (glass flake) of C-90 series is a C glass platelet, approximately 5 micron thick and average 160 micron wide.The C-90 series includes 3 kinds of products: C-90N C-90V and C-90E. Used as a barrier coating for industrial pipes, the pieces of flat glass bond together to produce a layer that on a microscopic level acts as an impenetrable blanket. This makes it harder for chemicals to penetrate the coating and attack the pipes and its this layering potential that increases the stiffness in plastic moldings.
C-150 Series
The glass flakes (glass flake) of C-150 series is a C glass platelet, approximately 5 micron thick and average 106 micron wide.The C-150 series includes 3 kinds of products: C-150N C-150V and C-150E.This kind of coating can be applied in versatile processing methods (spray) to reduce working time, it can be used in glass flake mortar coupling with C-28 Series. C-150N also can be the base material of pigment.
C-12 Series
The glass flakes (glass flake) of C-12 series is a C glass platelet, approximately 5 micron thick and average 1400 micron wide.The C-12 series includes 3 kinds of products: C-12N C-12V and C-12E. Because of its largish diameter-thickness ratio, the C-12N can be made into ultra shining pigment.The C-12V or C-12E can be mixed with epoxy resin or vinyl resin to enhance Glass Flake Mortar Compounds characteristics on a structural level.
C-28 Series
The glass flakes (glass flake) of C-28 series is a C glass platelet, approximately 5 micron thick and average 600 micron wide.The C-28 series includes 3 kinds of products: C-28N C-28V and C-28E. Used as a barrier Compounds for FGD System, the glass flakes (glass flake) acts as an impenetrable blanket which makes it harder for chemicals to penetrate the Compounds and attack the desulfurizing tower.
C-400 Series
The glass flakes (glass flake) of C-400 series is a C glass platelet, approximately 5 micron thick and average 15 micron wide.The C-400 series includes 3 kinds of products: C-400N C-400V and C-400E. Because of its thickness of 15 micron, C-400 Series can be applied for anti-corrosive paint.
