The following details constitute our official corporate registration on file with the State of Wyoming, USA:

GlassFlakes LLC is engaged in the following principal business activities:

• Manufacturing of Glass Flakes: Production of micronised and standard-grade glass flake products optimised for industrial coating systems.
• Export of glass flakes: International supply of glass flakes to industrial buyers.
• Technical Support for Coating Systems: Provision of formulation guidance, application documentation, and specialist consultation for customers integrating glass flakes into coating products.

We comply with international trade standards and are committed to full documentary transparency for all export transactions. Standard documentation provided with each shipment includes:

• Commercial Invoice — itemising goods, unit price, total value, and trade terms.
• Packing List — detailing carton quantities, net/gross weights, and dimensions.
• Certificate of Origin — attesting to the country of manufacture in accordance with importing country requirements.
• Technical Data Sheets (TDS) — product specifications, physical properties, and recommended application parameters.
• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) — hazard classification, handling precautions, and regulatory compliance data prepared in accordance with GHS standards.

Additional documentation (e.g., third-party inspection certificates, customs pre-clearance certificates) is available upon request.

GlassFlakes LLC supports standard international shipping arrangements as defined under Incoterms® 2020. The following delivery terms are available:

• FOB (Free On Board): Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded aboard the vessel at the named port of shipment.
• CNF / CFR (Cost and Freight): We bear freight costs to the destination port; risk transfers to the buyer upon loading.
• CNF (Cost and Freight): We bear freight to the destination port; risk transfers to the buyer upon loading.

Preferred trade terms are confirmed at the quotation stage and documented in the commercial invoice and sales contract.

To facilitate smooth international transactions, we accept the following payment methods:

• T/T — Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Wire): Direct SWIFT bank transfer
• Wise (formerly TransferWise): Accepted for qualifying transactions; please contact us to confirm eligibility prior to payment.
