Submission of a contact form or sample request does not constitute a binding order. A binding sales contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation. All orders are subject to our standard commercial terms communicated at the time of quotation, including:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1,000 KG (1 tonne) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment Terms: Advance Payment for new customers; terms may be revised after satisfactory trading history.
• Incoterms: Default trade term is FOB Tianjin unless otherwise specified.
• Lead Time: Typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation; subject to production scheduling and shipping availability.

All prices quoted are indicative and subject to change based on raw material costs, freight rates, and market conditions. A formal quotation, valid for a specified period, will be provided upon request. Published or indicative prices are exclusive of freight, duties, taxes, and insurance unless otherwise stated.

Samples are provided free of charge. The customer is responsible for covering outbound freight costs, which may be discounted against a subsequent first purchase order. Samples are for evaluation purposes only and do not represent a commitment to purchase or supply.
