1. Particle Size Distribution
Four standard C-glass flake grades are available, covering a range from coarse bulk-fill to ultra-fine pigment applications. Particle size is measured by sieve analysis per ASTM E11 / ISO 3310-1. Values represent percentage mass retention on each sieve fraction.
2. Chemical Composition (C-Glass Standard)
All grades are produced from standard C-glass (chemical-resistant glass) composition, providing superior corrosion resistance compared to E-glass. The following are typical oxide composition values:

Physical Properties: Mohs hardness 6–7; specific gravity 2.5–2.6 g/cm³; softening point ~750 °C; high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts.
3. Packaging & Dimensions
Glass Flake is supplied in moisture proof paper bags, each containing 20 or 25 kgs net weight. Furthermore, bulk shipments are further packed in pallet boxes and protected by polythene wrapping.

- Shipment: FOB Tianjin (default) or CIF to worldwide ports
- Lead Time: 7–14 days from order confirmation
