About C-150
C-150 is a narrow-distribution C-glass flake with 75% of mass falling between 300 μm and 45 μm, a D50 of 100 μm, and 5 ± 2 μm thickness. The tighter PSD — compared with C-90 — means fewer coarse outliers, which translates to a visibly smoother cured-film surface and improved spray consistency through airless equipment. C-150 is the preferred grade for mid-range protective coatings where appearance, recoatability, and sealing performance matter equally: architectural anti-corrosion coatings, floor topcoats, and chemical-contact sealers.
